III. Reflection

* QuestionsIsn't there anyone?

IV. Application

Dear Lord God: I thank You for showing me that what the visiting Eliphaz said was (1) very uncalled-for discouragement, and (2) totally untrue. It should not have been said. I thank You for reminding me that You are always in a position trying to listen to our prayers to You (Ps. 116:2). I thank You, Lord Jesus, for taking me to this point to remind me of Your teaching on not only should we pray often but also on what to pray for (Luke 11:2-4). O Lord! Today, please urge me to take time to pray what You have taught me to pray: Praise You; long for the Kingdom; pray for the bread of the day; pray for forgiveness; pray to forgive; pray for no temptation. Pray because You are listening. Amen
