God sees everything. Be at peace...

II. One thing the Bible teaches: (Moses was born under the strict order of Pharaoh to be killed. So after 3 months when he can no longer be hidden, his mother put him in a basket among the reeds along the riverbank...)

And his sister stood at a distance to know what would be done to him. Now the daughter of Pharaoh came down to bathe at the river, while her young women walked beside the river. She saw the basket among the reeds and sent her servant woman, and she took it. When she opened it, she saw the child, and behold, the baby was crying. She took pity on him and said, “This is one of the Hebrews' children.” Then his sister said to Pharaoh's daughter, “Shall I go and call you a nurse from the Hebrew women to nurse the child for you?” And Pharaoh's daughter said to her, “Go.” So the girl went and called the child's mother. And Pharaoh's daughter said to her, “Take this child away and nurse him for me, and I will give you your wages.” So the woman took the child and nursed him.

III. Reflection

Questions: What is a divine appointment?

IV. Application:

Dear Lord God: I thank You for taking me to this point to see that You orchestrated the whole thing regarding the saving of the fugitive infant Moses from the most powerful river of Egypt into the most powerful family of Egypt which issued the order to kill the very child being saved. O God! You saw everything then and You made a divine appointment. You handled all the variables. You came up with the unique solution that only You can. Thank You, Lord God, for seeing my situation (Gen 16:13). Thank You, Lord Jesus, for knowing me well (John 10:27). Thank You, Lord Holy Spirit, for living in me to guide my steps (John 14:17). Because of that, I am quite at peace today. Amen

I pray for certain readers who need Your peace today. Please make a divine appointment for them. Please guide them to the cross. Please meet their need there. Please save them Lord... all by Your mercy. Today. Amen
