29 The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our sons forever, that we may observe all the words of this law.

III. Reflection

* Questions: What would happen to babies' salvation who died before they could come to know Christ? What would happen to miscarried babies or aborted babies as far as salvation is concerned? What would happen to the salvation of people who lived before Christ's era?

IV. Application

Dear Lord God, I thank You for affirming that there are secret things and there are things that have been revealed. I thank You for reminding me that the secret things, such as the ones mentioned in the questions above--and many more--belong to the Lord. I should mind my own business and live in my revealed world. For things that You wanted us to know, You have revealed them to us. I thank You, Lord Jesus, for taking me to this point to remind me of Your teaching that the day and hour of the end time belong only to the Father (Mark 13:31-32). It is not for us to know! But we can prepare for it by believing and obeying the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior. Period. Dear Lord Jesus, please help my faith to be steadfast while living among the difficulties of the end times. Amen 

Today, I pray for certain readers who are yet to be prepared for the end times. Please lead them to Your salvation, O Lord Jesus. Amen
