42 So the sons of Israel did all the work according to everything that the Lord had commanded Moses. 43 And Moses saw all the work, and behold, they had done it; as the Lord had commanded, so had they done it. Then Moses blessed them.

III. Reflection

* Questions: Is this the time to praise the Israelites?

IV. Application:

Dear Lord God, I thank You for the good example of the Israelites. Although they were known to be a stiff-necked people, this time for the Tabernacle construction, they followed Your instructions wholeheartedly through their leader. And You blessed them well! I thank You for taking me to this point to remind me that people cannot be bad all the time. When someone is good, please help me to recognize her or him as the Lord Jesus teaches (Mt. 7:12), even though that person may behave badly next time. People, like me, although they are usually bad, need sincere encouragement. Amen
