A veil that veils no more...

I. Click here to READ Exodus 26 first.

II. One thing the Bible teaches(the Lord continued to instruct Moses on how to build the Tabernacle...)

33 You shall hang up the veil under the clasps, and shall bring in the ark of the testimony there within the veil; and the veil shall serve for you as a partition between the holy place and the holy of holies.

III. Reflection

QuestionsWhat type of material was used to make the veil? Who can be in the holy place? Who can be in the holy of holies place?

IV. Application:

Dear Lord God: I thank You for letting me know that You meant to have the holy place partitioned from the holy of holies place in the Tabernacle. And You meant to have that partition made out of a linen veil. Thank You God for taking me to this point to remind me that You never meant for the partition to be solidly unbreakable. You had planned for it to be tear-able at the right time. And that right time was when the Lord Jesus died on the cross to make possible the approaching to the throne of the Most Holy God in His holy of holies place (Matt 27:51), Today, as You have permitted, I will come often and directly to the throne of grace, boldly but reverently. O Lord! Please cleanse me thoroughly by the blood of Your salvation. Amen
